Before starting to connect an integration, please read:
The Syncro integration allows you to sync over:
You will need from Syncro:
- API key (make sure you have the correct permissions)
- Domain (example: exampleco.syncromsp.com)
Using the key in Hudu
Once you have created the key in Syncro, you will need to navigate to the Hudu Admin > Integrations > Syncro > Edit Settings, and enter the API key in the corresponding fields:

Go to Syncro > Settings > Scroll to bottom > API > API Tokens > New Token > Hudu > Create Token to create this token.
When creating the key in Syncro, if not using the pre-built token, you will need to allow the Hudu Integration some permissions:
- Assets - View Details
- Assets - List/Search
- Customers - List/Search
- Customers - View Detail
- Contracts - List/Search
Before contacts and configurations will be added into Hudu, you must have an Asset Layout for both of them already created. Make sure the Asset Layout is active. Otherwise, the Asset Layout will not be displayed in the companies.
Hudu's import works in two stages. First, Hudu will look for companies to match in to Hudu. We will attempt to match them with companies already in the system. Then, you will need to match companies before attempting to bring in any company information.
