Hudu has a built-in knowledge base for each client and a global one for shared knowledge. Use variables and templates for automation. Knowledge base articles may be quick-shared to clients, added to client portals, or linked via the related items tabs to specific assets for easy access. Global Knowledge Base
The global knowledge base serves as an area to quickly find articles that may be relevant to multiple or all clients. In order to organize these articles, you can create folders to move and sort articles for simple and easy access for your users.
Client Knowledge Base
After accessing a specific client, from the side-bar on the left you can hop into the client knowledge base. In order to organize these articles, you can create folders to move and sort articles for simple and easy access for your users.
Sharing Knowledge Base Articles
Under each Knowledge Base article, you will be able to see a public share URL. This will allow clients to see articles without having to login.
